YokeohI had read that pechanga casino has a similar setup to barona, but that is not the case it uses two sets of cards A-6 that are put in a shuffler to simulate the roll. There are no dice involved but the setup simulates a dice roll. I have more confidence playing here then other california casinos that use multideck shoes.

Agua Caliente in Palm Springs right off the 10 freeway
uses two shuffle machines on the table next to boxman (I forget the machine name)
12 cards are on the table and 12 cards are in the machines being shuffled
the first cards of each color are turned up
Pechanga cut the rail by stick and installed the shuffle machine (there is only one)
that only uses 12 cards
6 of different color
6 in at a time in two different slots after the last roll is complete and players are making bets
I think Pechanga machine uses an rng to determine what card is drawn first that goes on the table in front of stick
from what I have read but I could be wrong
I would guess two phone calls would get a few answers too
